The sessions purpose is to provide the person, through practice, an effective and rapid relaxation tool, it can definitely change your relationship with social stress (work, home, relationships...).
Progress will be monitored through a dedicated software.

The Institute of HeartMath is an American non-profit organization, founded in 1991 by Doc Childre.
The institute in the past 12 years has done extensive research in the field of human physiology and the effects of stress. In 2003, the HeartMath research has been awarded the prize for innovation laboratories TMC.

HeartMath studies have been published in magazines such as The American Journal of Cardiology, Journal of Medicine and advancement in Stress Magazine, the prestigious Harvard Business Review in July 2003 has spoken extensively of HeartMath.

The successes of HeartMath have appeared on: CNN, ABC World News Tonight, NBC's Today Show, Good Morning America, the Lifetime Network, New York Times, Wall Street Journal.

Some of the companies that use the HeartMath method and technologies are: Shell, Hewlett-Packard (HP), Liz Claiborne, Cisco Systems, BP, Boeing, Sony, BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), Unilever, numerous hospitals, as well as agencies state and U.S. Federal and U.S. Army.
